Trip Protection: Strongly recommended at the time of booking and must be added within 7 days of reservation confirmation.

Bedding Preferences: Please be sure to select a room that reflects your preferred bedding setup. If a room type offers either a King or Double beds, you may indicate your preference and I’ll submit the request—however, bedding arrangements are not guaranteed and are subject to hotel availability.

Things to Keep In Mind: If you invite guest to join this group trip please be mindful that we cannot accomodate any celebrations that you may be having. Also keep in mind that this is a group trip and to be mindul to ONLY invite guest that match the vibe of our travel community. Otherwise its recommended that you do your own group or separate vacation if you are usuing our group trip for your mini geoup.

Group Activity Fee

A $125 per person fee will be added to your invoice to cover our exclusive group activity/function & planning (non-refundable). Please note: Excursions are not included and will be an additional cost.
Change Fees

$50 per person for any changes, including date changes or room changes.
(This does not apply to upgrades.)
Name Change Fee

$75 per person for any name changes.
Important:
No changes can be made within 30 days of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations With GPP+ Insurance: You may cancel your vacation for any reason prior to departure and receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the GPP+ plan cost [does not include change fees, $50.00 per person admin fee or reduced deposit plan fees] by filing a insurance claim. All cancellations on GPP+ must be received by Vacation Express up to 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time per your documents or no later than 9AM ET the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. A one-time VE change fee will be waived per person with GPP+.
Cancellations Without GPP+ Insurance: Subject to all Vacation Express terms. All cancellations are subject to a $50 per person administrative fee.
For cancellations made between 07/01/2025 - 01/20/2026 a fee of $100.00 per person plus administration fee.
For cancellations made between 01/21/2026 - 02/19/2026, there is a penalty of one night's charge per room plus administration fee.
For cancellations made between 02/20/2026 - 03/19/2026, there is a penalty of one night's charge per room plus administration fee.
For cancellations made between 03/20/2026 - 05/27/2026 100% full penalty of the booking cost plus administration fee.
