1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, paying a Planning Fee, making a travel deposit, enrolling in a program, participating in a group trip, or engaging with any media content published by SNL Entertainment LLC d/b/a CodeFunTravel and/or LifeWithUsTV (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services or rely on our content.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and the Company.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

CodeFunTravel provides:

• Cruise bookings

• All-inclusive resort bookings

• Hotel reservations

• Travel insurance referrals

• Group travel planning

• Coordination of select group excursions

• Travel consulting

• Educational programs and coaching

• Digital products and replays

We do not provide airline ticketing or flight coordination services.

3. MEDIA, CONTENT & INFLUENCER DISCLAIMER (LifeWithUsTV)

The Company operates media platforms including but not limited to:

• LifeWithUsTV (YouTube)

• Live streams

• Social media accounts

• Blog posts

• Email newsletters

• Podcasts

All content is provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

You acknowledge that you are not relying upon publicly available content when entering into a booking agreement with CodeFunTravel.

Affiliate & Compensation Disclosure

We may receive commissions or affiliate compensation from suppliers or partners.

Compensation does not guarantee favorable coverage.

4. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

CodeFunTravel acts solely as an independent travel advisor arranging services from third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”).

We do not own, control, or operate any Supplier.

We are not liable for:

• Supplier negligence

• Injury, illness, or death

• Delays or cancellations

• Insolvency

• Mechanical failure

• Weather events

• Government restrictions​

5. SUPPLIER TERMS

All bookings are subject to Supplier Terms & Conditions.

We cannot override Supplier policies.

6. PLANNING FEES

CodeFunTravel charges a non-refundable Planning Fee for professional travel planning services.

The Planning Fee:

• Is paid directly to SNL Entertainment LLC

• Is separate from Supplier payments

• Is earned immediately upon receipt

• Is non-refundable once services begin

• Is not applied toward travel costs

No research or booking services will begin until the Planning Fee has been received.

Failure to proceed with a booking does not entitle you to a refund.

7. PAYMENTS & CHARGEBACKS

Failure to meet Supplier payment deadlines may result in cancellation.

You agree not to initiate improper chargebacks.

In the event of an improper chargeback, you agree to reimburse the Company for:

• The disputed amount

• Chargeback fees

• Collection costs

• Attorney’s fees

8. GROUP TRAVEL TERMS

For group trips:

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Payment schedules must be honored

• If a roommate cancels, the remaining traveler is responsible

• Group perks depend on meeting supplier minimums

• Itineraries may change

We may remove disruptive participants without refund.

9. GROUP EXCURSION COORDINATION

When coordinating excursions:

• We act solely as an intermediary

• We do not operate excursions

• Participation is voluntary

• Separate waivers may apply

• Refunds follow excursion provider policies

10. TRAVELER CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITY

Participants agree to:

• Follow supplier rules and local laws

• Act respectfully and lawfully

• Avoid excessive intoxication that disrupts group activities

• Refrain from illegal conduct

We may remove any traveler from group activities without refund for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Travelers are responsible for fines, penalties, or damages caused by their conduct.

11. SOCIAL MEDIA CONDUCT DURING GROUP TRIPS

Participants agree not to:

• Post defamatory or intentionally harmful content

• Livestream other participants without consent

• Share confidential group communications

• Impersonate CodeFunTravel staff

Violations may result in removal from group activities without refund.

12. DEFAMATION & FALSE STATEMENTS

You agree not to publish knowingly false or malicious statements about CodeFunTravel or LifeWithUsTV.

If a dispute arises, you agree to provide written notice and allow an opportunity to resolve the matter before publishing public accusations.

Nothing restricts truthful opinions based on factual experiences.

13. USER-GENERATED CONTENT INDEMNITY

If you post or tag content involving CodeFunTravel or LifeWithUsTV, you represent that:

• You have rights to the content

• It does not infringe third-party rights

• It is not defamatory or unlawful

You agree to indemnify the Company from claims arising from content you publish.

14. DATA BREACH & CYBER LIMITATION

We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim liability for unauthorized access or cyber incidents beyond our reasonable control.

• Transmission of data online is at your own risk.

• Liability related to cybersecurity incidents shall not exceed Planning Fees paid.

15. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

If declined, you assume full financial risk.

16. EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

No guarantee of income or success.

All materials are proprietary.

Payment plans must be completed regardless of participation.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total Planning Fees paid directly to SNL Entertainment LLC within the preceding 12 months.

All claims must be brought within one (1) year.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for events beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

​

19. BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the Commonwealth of Virginia under American Arbitration Association rules before a single arbitrator.

The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

20. CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class or collective action.

​

21. WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL

You knowingly and voluntarily waive your right to a jury trial in any dispute arising from these Terms.

​

22. ATTORNEY’S FEES

The prevailing party in any dispute shall recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

​

23. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

​

24. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

​

25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SNL Entertainment LLC d/b/a CodeFunTravel.
